ENROLLMENT
TO ENROLL YOUR STUDENT AT LOLO SCHOOL
To register your student at Lolo School you will need the following information: birth certificate, immunization record, your photo ID, emergency contact information, proof of residency in the Lolo School District (ie: utility bill, lease agreement, etc). Link to a copy of the enrollment form is below. You are welcome to fill out the enrollment form before you come to the school if you wish. You can complete and print at home or save the completed form and email it to the appropriate office. Please contact our school office with any additional questions. 406-273-6686.
